Three Silos Tasting Company celebrates exceptional quality and a passion for olive oil. Our Premium Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars arrive from select family groves in southern Spain and Italy, and are meant to be shared and paired. With family and friends, in your favorite recipes, and with nearly every dish at your table.

Two sisters, Cis and Carolyn, born and raised in the Midwest, believe in the exceptional qualities of olive oil and searched for select producers to establish Three Silos Tasting Company and bring Premium Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars home to their Midwest roots.

Named after three sunflower-painted grain silos gracing the Missouri River landscape in Augusta, Missouri, Three Silos Tasting Company believes in honoring a strong sense of place, where generations have dedicated their lives to farming the fertile lands. We select producers who share the same passion and vision of generational farming to create the finest olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Our passion for olive oil began with a long journey of research, tastings, master classes, and collaborating with olive oil experts and sommeliers.  We are proud of our end result - a commitment to sourcing our olive oils and balsamics only from the most trusted producers, with the highest nutritional and polyphenol content, that is always fresh, and importantly, delicious.

We grow our inventory selectively and intentionally to maintain our quality commitment.
