BREAKFAST POTATOES

🌿Bring on the morning aromas and flavors of roasted potatoes, onions, rosemary...and the added fresheness (and aromatherapy) of @threesilos_tastingcompany Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil!

Ingredients

Small red or yellow potatoes diced into 1/2” pieces

Small sweet onion, diced

Rosemary, 1 stem, snipped

1 tbsp THREE SILOS Herbs de Provence Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Directions

Using a 12-inch skillet or larger, place the THREE SILOS Herbs de Provence Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rosemary and onion into a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Allow the olive oil to heat through. When the rosemary and onion start popping and sizzling, add the potatoes in a single layer, season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper, toss to coat evenly.

Cook the potatoes for a total of 8-10 minutes, flipping and tossing them every 2-3 minutes to ensure even browning. Taste for seasonings, optional (cayenne pepper, garlic powder, or smoked paprika) and adjust to preference.

Serve immediately.
